So I have some bad habits. We all do. And I’m pretty sure I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again. Habits may be the most potent contributing factor our fulfillment. They shape us, from our conscious actions to the subconscious thoughts that structure our lives. Because of this, I guard my habits very carefully, and I shape my goals in life around these habits.
This said, changing habits is hard, maybe the hardest. But it is not impossible. It takes time. Understand that forming a habit takes time, so reversing that habit will take just as much time if not more. So as you all pursue new habits I have two pieces of advice/encouragement: 1. Pursue better habits, not better outcomes. 2. Be patient. AKA Give time to time.
